Anticoagulation Clinic - This is a novel concept where patients on warfarin / heparin will be evaluated and advice given regarding the warfarin dose, duration of the medication and necessary throbophilia screening. INR will be measured on world classs ACL 7000 fully automatic coagulaometer with accurate reading for INR. Advice will also be given if there is overdose or repeat thrombosis.
